Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. It’s essential that both parties are on the same page before hard earned money is spent. If you don’t want to meet in person we are more than happy to chat with you over the phone or communicate by email. Any form of communication works for us. Talking ahead of time also helps us get into your headspace, so we can create the best cinematic experience for you.

Raw footage isn’t a part of any package we offer. However, we could get it to you if needed. Our company strives to create the best cinematic experience possible which is why we deliver a finished product. We do understand there might be those who want the raw footage. We can deliver that to you at an additional cost. It’s something we don’t encourage or promote so it would be a customer by customer basis. If interested just reach out to us during or up to 24 hours after the filming date. Anything after 24 hours isn’t promised, and we may not be able to give it to you.

Digital delivery is the only form of delivery we choose to use. However, if you would rather have a physical drive with your video on it, let us know beforehand and we can arrange as such. That will however come with an additional charge.

Of course! However, each package has a limited amount of revisions allowed. Our Indie Packages allow 1, our Theatrical Packages allow 2, and our Blockbuster Packages allows 3. We don’t allow unlimited because we have a finite amount of time and would love to give you the product in a timely manner. Editing takes a lot of time, which is why there’s a limited amount of revisions.

We treat every event and project like a film. With that comes a lot of equipment and prep. The reason we require a deposit is to protect both us and the customer. We require a 20% deposit up front and the remaining 80% the day of before filming. Deposits are non-refundable.

We only post those who give us written consent. Although not advertised, we give 5% off of any package if you allow us to use your video on our website and in our marketing.

We are located in the Southeast Kansas Area and will travel up to 120 miles in any direction away from our location. Any mile past the 120 mile radius will be charged an additional 50 cents per mile (there and back.) Any event further than 240 Miles will be charged an additional $150 per day of shoot for lodging/food.

As advertised on our packages page, you can add a Special Moments Add-On to either the Wedding Package or Baby Showers/Gender Reveals. The Special Moments Add-On is a compilation of the full special moment of your event. Some events have several special moments. Whether that’s the first kiss, vows, gender reveals, etc. Yes, most of these moments will be in the highlight reel, but the full untrimmed version without music will be given to you in addition if purchased.

As advertised on our packages page, you can add the Performance Add-On to the Commercial Package. The Performance Add-On is the allowance of three of our own non-professional actors to be used in your commercial. Once again, these are not professionals. Let me make that known. They can however help with being in the commercial whether as an extra or a main character with speaking lines at $100 per person per day. 

YES! In 2025 ALL Blockbuster Packages will come with a 15% discount off your next video package. It is documented and you will be given a coupon signed by us. It can be used at anytime.  

Pretty much anything within our discretion that’s not already listed in our packages. We will not film anything inappropriate or anything that will make us uncomfortable.

We will accept Cash, Card, & Online PayPal Payment. We will only accept up to $500 in cash. Anything more must be card or online payment. We will not accept check.
